These general sales conditions apply to bookings made between “Villa Domitia Chambre d’hôtes Luberon” – registration number: 892 793 043 00019 – (1721 Chemin de Castaniere 84400 APT, FRANCE) and the Customer.
RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
The rates communicated by the Chambre d’hôtes are public, in €, taxes and services included. Packaged rates (breakfast, half-board, etc.) are inseparable and non-refundable elements in the event of non-use. The price of the room(s) granted at the time of booking and paid by the customer is the final price. The customer will not be able to claim a change of rate on his confirmed reservation in the event of subsequent promotions offered by the establishment via it’s reservation department, its website or other partner websites. A reservation will only be confirmed after receiving a deposit, and the balance is due before the customer’s arrival under the following conditions:
For flexible rates :
Deposit of 100 % of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking
For Fixed rates :
Deposit of 100% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking
The payment confirms the booking and therefore confirms the acceptance of our general sales conditions and cancellation. If the balance due is not paid by the agreed date, the stay will be considered cancelled by the customer and the sale conditions will apply accordingly.
In case of payment by bank transfer or credit card, bank charges must be paid by the customer, and added to the total amount of the stay. No payment by check or in foreign currency can be accepted.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE STAY
Modification of the stay
All requests to modify dates of stay or cancellations must be notified in advance in writing to the reservation department info@villadomitia.fr. These requests will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Interruption of the stay and services not consumed
Any stay interrupted by the customer or any services reserved and not consumed / not used by the customer, for any reason, including medical and force majeure, will not allow any refund.
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of a “no-show” or in the event of the customer’s inability to arrive on the scheduled day, the fees will represent 100% of the nights concerned. In the event of a no-show, the customer has 24 hours to notify a new arrival date to the hotel. After 24 hours, the hotel reserves the right to resell the room.
We advise customers to take out a contract with their insurance company to cover the cancellation fees.
Any booking will be subject to the following cancellation conditions:
For flexible rates :
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be refunded
Cancellation between 7 days and the arrival: 100% of the total amount, the deposit is non refundable
For Fixed rates :
the deposit is non refundable
Special Covid-19 policy:
As from the 24th of January 2022, you’ll be asked to present your personal Vaccine Certificate upon check-in. Also all restaurants, bars and private places where people gather in France will be requesting you for this certificate in order to give you access to their premises.
From this date, you will have to present either:
– A Vaccine Certificate, that includes the full vaccination schedule, booster doses included
– A Covid-19 certificate of recovery: a certificate that proves you tested positive more than 11 days ago, but maximum 6 months ago and have fully recovered.
– A certificate of contraindication to vaccination
Cancellation by the hotelier
The booking may be cancelled by the hotelier, without paying any damages to customers in the event of force majeure, or in case of impossibility of operation of the hotel. The deposit paid by the customer will be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF STAY & RESPONSIBILITY
At the time of booking, you will be asked for the number of people occupying the room as well as the names and surnames of each. In any case, the number of people may not exceed the maximum capacity of the room.
Children under 16 are not accepted.
Animals are not accepted.
The arrival and departure times must be respected, or the customer will be subject to an additional charge corresponding to the rate of the additional night.
Check-in : 3:00 pm Check-out : 10:00 am
Any extras consumed by customers on site must be paid on the day of departure by credit card or in cash at reception.
The Customer agrees to respect private and common places and will be held responsible for any damage he may cause. Also, any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order will authorize the management to ask the Customer to leave the Chambre d’hôtes without any compensation or refund.
The rules are available to you within the establishment, we thank you for reading them and respecting them.
Claims
Your satisfaction is our priority. For any possible complaint, it is important to report it when you are at the hotel or subsequently, any complaint must be made in writing within 10 days.
Any request for a specific accommodation orientation or characteristic is considered as a preference and it is not a contractual guarantee. It cannot give right to any compensation.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of these conditions and which could not have been the subject of an amicable settlement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the commerce court of Avignon and will be governed by French law.
